Answers & Clarity with a
Questions Answered
You have questions, but either have no answers or aren’t sure of the answer you have: they need to be translated from geek speak!
And… which of the routes you can take will be the best for your business?
You’re unique, and so is your business.
It’s possible that you’ve spoken to some service providers, friends, colleagues, or a new person, and you’re still not convinced that this is the best step forward. Or you’ve done some research online and you don’t actually understand what they’re saying.
Maybe you have a website, but it hasn’t been updated in a while.
Perhaps you’re aware that there’s a lot more potential for your business in the online world (spoiler: there is), and you want to understand the best route to take.
During your power hour, we sit down and talk about your business, your goals, your online presence, and what you need help with.
Some individuals find it best to come with a whole page of questions: getting a straight answer from someone who speaks both “geek” and “business”, and can help merge the two to bring clarity and focus to the best next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions
No.
You are paying for an hour with a professional marketing consultant who will answer any questions you may have and offer a path to clarity, without bias towards any particular platform, service, or company.
It’s best to have a list of questions that you want clarified and to have them written down for the meeting. It’s advisable to provide us with a brief overview of what you want to discuss during the power hour so that we can come prepared too.
Introductions are made at the start of the meeting. Nick will outline the information he has from the completed form and seek any clarification on any of the items.
Nick will then ask different questions to gain an understanding of you, your business, and the key outcomes you want to achieve from the power hour. Once the hour is over, an overview of the call will be sent by email.
On occasion, some business owners/leaders choose to continue the conversations through Discover Web’s retained adviser service.
Once you have completed the power hour booking form, you will be sent a link to book a convenient time slot in our diary. Everything is secure, and you will receive an email confirmation.

A note on social media: if you’re stuck on a strategy or route for Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, then we’re not going to be a good fit. Nick understands the platforms and can navigate through them, knowing what works; however, he prefers to stick to areas where he has extensive experience.
A one-to-one call is the most common, but up to 3 people can join the call alongside Nick.
However, keep in mind that this is just one hour and adding more people to the meeting may result in all questions not being answered if all participants have several questions.
A power hour booked through the website is £75.
If you feel that it might take more than one hour, then you could look through the retained digital adviser service.
